Mark Wallace has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a Director, of Clarios since May of 2020. Mr. Wallace has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway and aftermarket industries. Prior to joining Clarios, Mr. Wallace served as Executive Vice President at Dana Incorporated, a world leader in power conveyance and energy management solutions engineered to improve the efficiency, performance and sustainability of light vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment. His most recent responsibilities included the commercial vehicle business unit and the global aftermarket business. During his time at Dana Incorporated, beginning in 2008, Mr. Wallace also led the automotive and off-highway business units and global operations, with his tenure including revenue responsibilities of over $4 billion. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Wallace served as Chief Operating Officer, and as President and Chief Executive Officer, of Webasto Roof Systems and Webasto Product North America. Mr. Wallace has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Anthony Moore has served as the Vice President and General Manager at Clarios responsible for the United States and Canada markets since October of 2020. Mr. Moore was previously President at White River Marine Group from 2019 to 2020. He served as Vice President of Global Operations from 2016 to 2019 at Stoneridge, Inc., a provider of highly engineered electrical and electronic systems, components and modules. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain from 2015 to 2016 at Ingersoll Rand, Inc., a provider of air, fluid, energy, specialty vehicle and medical technologies. Mr. Moore has a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science and Industrial Technology from the University of Kentucky.
Leslie Wong joined Clarios in September of 2019 and currently serves as President of the Asia region. His responsibilities include enabling business growth, profitability and cash flow across all channels, including oversight of operations, strategy and people management. Mr. Wong is responsible for executing our strategic pillar of expanding in megatrend markets in China. Prior to Clarios, from 2006 to 2019, he served in various positions for Goodyear, most recently as Vice President of Growth and Sales Initiatives, Asia Pacific. He holds a degree in Economics from the Universite de Provence in France.
Claudio Morfe has served at Clarios since May of 2019, currently as the company’s Chief Legal Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience as a legal executive in the United States, Latin America, China and Europe. From 2017 to 2019, he was the Vice President and General Counsel of Johnson Controls Power Solutions. Before that role, he served as the company's Vice President and General Counsel of Power Solutions, Europe and Global OEM, from 2015 to 2017. In 2014, he became Of Counsel with Holland & Knight. Prior to that, in 2010, Mr. Morfe was the Vice President and General Counsel of the global CDMA wireless division at Sweden-based Ericsson. He joined telecommunications technology provider Nortel Networks in 1995 as Senior Counsel for the Caribbean and Latin America, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. At Nortel, he progressively assumed more senior and diverse roles, leading to his appointment as General Counsel for Nortel Networks' largest global division. He launched his legal career with Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP in 1988 and was in private practice until 1995. Mr. Morfe has a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law. He received a certificate in Global Compliance & Ethics from Widener University School of Law, and is admitted in Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a registered In-House Counsel with the Wisconsin Bar Association.
Federico Morales Zimmermann joined Clarios as Vice President and General Manager, Global OEM Customers, Products and Engineering, in January of 2023. He is an accomplished leader with extensive global experience leading engineering, operations and commercial teams. Prior to Clarios, Mr. Morales Zimmermann was both Vice President, Product Engineering, and Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development, for the Fuel Systems business unit at BorgWarner. In addition to his role as a plant manager, he was a key player in the acquisition of Delphi Technologies as well as the software and system integration. Before BorgWarner, Federico worked in numerous senior positions at Vertiv, Continental and Siemens VDO.
Dr. Werner Benade currently serves as President of the Clarios EMEA region. He joined the company in January of 2021. Prior to that, he served as a member of the Management Board, Business Division Aftermarket and Special Applications of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, from 2017 to 2020. Prior to his time at HELLA, he spent more than 20 years at Robert Bosch GmbH, ultimately serving as CEO and President of Power Tools Accessories. Dr. Benade holds a Doctorate at the Chair of Applied Thermodynamics and A/C Technology Certification from the University GHS Essen, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
Gerardo Gonzalez-Aleu currently serves as the President of the Clarios USCAN region. Previously, he was responsible for the Latin America market, and co-managed the Americas segment since March of 2020. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Global Aftermarket, starting in 2019. Mr. Gonzalez also held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Latin America at Johnson Controls Power Solutions from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Gonzalez-Aleu joined Johnson Controls in 1994 and held a variety of leadership roles within the Power Solutions division in production control, customer service, logistics, transportation, and sales and marketing. Mr. Gonzalez-Aleu holds a certificate in Business Executive Programs from the Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Business Administration from IPADE in Mexico, a Master of Systems and Quality from ITESM and a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from UDEM.
Kathie Campbell has served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations for Clarios since May of 2019. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in investor relations, finance, brand management and communications, as well as government relations and environmental affairs strategy. Ms. Campbell joined Johnson Controls in 2015, serving as Vice President Communications, Government and Environmental Affairs from 2016 to 2019, and as Director of Investor Relations from 2015 to 2016. Prior to Johnson Controls, she held roles of increasing responsibility in finance, treasury, investor relations and corporate affairs from 1998 to 2015 at Brady Corporation. Ms. Campbell began her career at Deloitte in 1994. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of International Business from Marquette University.
Jennifer L. Slater has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Original Equipment and Products at Clarios since May of 2019. Ms. Slater served in the same role at Johnson Controls starting in 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Slater was General Manager of Original Equipment Americas and APAC for Johnson Controls from 2016 to 2018. In this role, she set global customer strategies for the North American and APAC OEMs and led the execution of commercial activities for all other OEM customers in those regions. Ms. Slater re-joined Johnson Controls from the Woodbridge Group, where she served as Vice President and General Manager, Americas for the Molded Foam business unit in 2016. Prior to the Woodbridge Group, beginning in 2006, Ms. Slater held various financial, engineering sales and strategy positions, with increasing leadership responsibility across multiple functions, within the Power Solutions and Automotive divisions of Johnson Controls. She holds an MBA from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan at Dearborn.
Marc Andraca joined Clarios in January of 2018, and currently serves as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain. He has more than 25 years of experience driving growth strategies from concept to action in the energy, buildings and battery industries. He joined Johnson Controls in 2009 and held roles of increasing responsibility within the company. Mr. Andraca earned a bachelor's degree in Government from Dartmouth College and a master's degree in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
Becky Kryger has served as Vice President and Global Controller of Clarios since July of 2019. Ms. Kryger joined Johnson Controls in 2002 and held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Corporate, Building Solutions and Power Solutions divisions. She was the company's Executive Director Global Business Finance from 2017 to 2019, Finance Director EMEA, based in Germany, from 2015 to 2017, and Finance Director North America from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Kryger began her career at Arthur Andersen in 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
Elizabeth Powers has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Clarios beginning in May 2022. Powers has over 30 years of experience in human resources and labor relations for large industrial companies. Previously, Powers served as senior vice president, chief human resources officer for Allegheny Technologies (ATI), a global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex components. For ATI, Powers lead the strategic planning and implementation of human resources programs and labor relations policies and practices to engage more than 7,000 employees around the world. Prior to leading human resources for ATI, Powers was chief administrative officer and vice president of human resources for Dresser-Rand Group, a leading supplier of mission-critical, high-speed rotating equipment solutions to the worldwide oil, gas, petrochemical and process industries. Beforehand, she spent 16 years at Ingersoll Rand in business segment and corporate human resources and labor relations positions. At Ingersoll Rand, she was responsible for restructuring the benefits programs and the startup of the company’s first human resources and payroll shared services organization for its 50,000 employees, which she then ran as a profit-neutral business within the company. Powers is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in industrial and labor relations.
